On April 14th, Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. held a benchmarking meeting for the business sector of new energy enterprises in March at China National Building Materials (Hefei) New Energy Co., Ltd. Ma Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Luobo Group, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Kaisheng New Energy, Zhang Rong, Executive President of Kaisheng New Energy, Li Yang, Chief Financial Officer, Yang Bomin, Vice President, and Wang Leilei, Secretary of the Board of Directors, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Pingwei, General Manager of Kaisheng New Energy Enterprise Management Department.
According to the meeting agenda, the finance department of Kaisheng New Energy reported on the completion of operational indicators for various new energy enterprises in March and conducted benchmarking analysis; The Enterprise Management Department has scored and sorted the completion status of relevant indicators, and reported the gaps in benchmark indicators. Mao Changjun, the Minister of Hefei New Energy Marketing Department, served as the sales manager representative for this benchmarking meeting, analyzing market development trends and reporting on the overall sales strategy of the photovoltaic business unit. The responsible persons of each new energy enterprise gave specific reports on the production and operation management work, annual business target task planning, project construction progress, and development progress in March. Wang Mingxing, Assistant General Manager of the Photovoltaic Division and General Manager of Kerry Technology, exchanged work experience. After listening to the report, Li Yang and Yang Bomin respectively shared their experience and arranged deployment on financial control, market operation and other aspects of work.

 


Zhang Rong summarized and commented on the production and operation situation and target completion rate of seven new energy enterprises, and put forward four requirements for the next step of production and operation work:
One is to adhere to benchmarking, look inward for gaps, clarify development direction, improve business strategies, enhance comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and improve the completion rate of marketing indicators. Take advantage of benchmarking opportunities, learn from each other, share work experience, exchange skills to improve production stability, align with excellent enterprises and industry leaders, digest and absorb successful practices, enrich and improve oneself, and continuously narrow the gap in product quality.
The second is to adhere to goal orientation, clarify business objectives and tasks, and solidify the main responsibility layer by layer. Each unit should further clarify and refine the production and operation management goals and tasks, coordinate and promote them, enhance interaction and cooperation, closely monitor the implementation of various measures, and show results.
The third is to tap into potential market demand and seize development opportunities. This year, the demand for components in the market is favorable. We need to proactively understand customer inventory, production capacity, sales, and other information through various means, and combine it with production practice; Actively analyze market demand, grasp market rhythm, tap potential customers, adjust product structure, adopt flexible marketing strategies and dynamically manage price systems, and actively respond to market changes.
The fourth is to have clear thinking and identify weaknesses, and implement precise measures to promote improvement. Understand one's own situation, do a good job in division of labor, improve product yield, reduce electricity consumption, stabilize the workforce, avoid talent loss, and provide strong support and guarantee for high-quality development.



Ma Yan affirmed the report of the finance department on the response measures taken by benchmarking industry leaders and various units in this benchmarking meeting, and requested to do a good job in "four aspects":
One is that each unit should conduct in-depth analysis with a sharp edge inward to find continuous solutions to deficiencies. Continue to reduce costs and increase efficiency, focus on improving product yield and capacity utilization, further enhance asset operation efficiency, improve overall labor productivity, and achieve optimal management and maximum efficiency.
Secondly, all units must firmly adhere to the annual task goals without wavering. Classification management to improve efficiency. To achieve profitable income and cash flow, and fully leverage the economic responsibility system's reward and punishment assessment, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of employees, and gradually form a new pattern of achieving business goals of "protecting ten days with days, protecting ten days with months, promoting seasons with months, and promoting years with seasons".
Thirdly, all units should focus on their main responsibilities and businesses, anchor the track of new energy materials, focus on the main line of development and business operations, fully implement the company's "six requirements" and "six focuses and six promotions" business measures, further improve inventory reduction and financial management, continue to carry out cost saving, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement, and promote the company to steadily move forward on the road of high-quality development and high-efficiency operation.
Fourthly, all units should strengthen the management of ongoing construction projects. Adhere to the principle of "overall planning and coordinated promotion", while accelerating the pace of project construction, strictly implement the work goals of "safety, quality, efficiency, and conservation", further strengthen project supervision to ensure construction quality, reduce construction costs, improve project progress, and achieve early production, early results, and early benefits; Carefully create benchmark and model projects. At the same time, make preparations before the project is put into operation to create conditions for the project to enter the production stage.
He emphasized that all units should conscientiously implement the instructions and work requirements of Academician Peng Shou, conscientiously practice the work deployment of General Manager Zhang Jian of Kaisheng Technology Group, strengthen their confidence in development, overcome various difficulties, forge ahead with determination and courage, and strive to sprint towards achieving the second quarter business goals and tasks.
