I. Project Overview

II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. The bidder must possess the qualifications of an independent legal entity, have the capability to undertake this project, and be a reputable manufacturer.
2. Provide one performance proof material (original or copy of the contract) of the company's similar projects with a contract amount of more than 500,000 yuan in the past three years.
3. The bidder must have a registered capital of no less than 5 million yuan, possess a good credit standing, and hold valid business licenses, tax registration certificates, organization code certificates, and other relevant qualification certificates.
4. Possess anti-risk capability and quality assurance capability, and be able to bear all losses incurred during the construction process.
5. The equipment, materials, etc. required for the project shall be provided by the contractor itself.
6. Joint bidding is not accepted. All quotations must be provided in formal written form and are tax-inclusive.
7. The enterprise shall have at least one year of experience in similar construction projects.
III. Acquisition of bidding documents
Bidders are requested to request the bidding documents for this project from the bidder inviter before June 7, 2023. The bidder inviter will send the bidding documents to each bidder's email or allow them to collect the bidding documents on-site via email.
IV. Bid bond
Bidders are requested to transfer the bid bond of RMB 100,000.00 (in words: RMB One Hundred Thousand Only) to the designated account of the tenderer before 17:30 on June 7, 2023：
