Ⅱ.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
1. Bidders must possess independent legal personality, have the ability to undertake this project, and be reputable manufacturers.
2. The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than 2 million yuan, with good credit standing and holding valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other qualification certificates.
3. Capable of resisting risks and providing service guarantees, able to bear all losses caused during the cooperation process.
4. The equipment, materials, etc. required for the project shall be provided by the contractor themselves.
5. We do not accept consortium bidding. All quotations are in formal written form and are inclusive of tax.
Ⅲ.Acquisition of bidding documents
The bidder shall request the bidding documents for this project from the tenderer before December 15, 2022. The tenderer will send the bidding documents to each bidder's email or collect them on site via email.
Ⅳ.Submission time and location of bidding documents
The bid should be submitted to Kaisheng (Zhangzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. at 10:00 am on December 15, 2022. Prior to this, bidders who have doubts about the bid can contact the tenderer for inquiries. (Time subject to change to be notified separately)

The bidding meeting is scheduled to be held at 10:00 am before December 15, 2022, in the conference room of Kaisheng (Zhangzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. Office Building. Bidders are cordially invited to attend on time.
