Ⅱ.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
1. The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than 1 million yuan, with a good credit rating, holding valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, road transportation permit and other qualification certificates;
2. 20 vehicles owned by the enterprise and contracted vehicles must have complete licenses and be in good condition;
3. Capable of resisting risks and ensuring quality, able to bear all losses caused during the delivery process;
4. The straps, steel wire ropes, rain cloth, anti cutting cloth, mesh ropes, etc. required for loading glass must be provided by the bidder. Vehicles must be equipped with rain cloth that meets the requirements and have the correct covering method and experience, especially for long-distance transportation vehicles.
5. Consortium bidding is not accepted. All quotations are in formal written form and include tax (9%). Insurance needs to be purchased by oneself.
6. At least one year of project transportation performance experience in the glass industry for enterprises.
Ⅲ.Acquisition of bidding documents
The bidder shall request the bidding documents for this project from the tenderer before December 6, 2022. The tenderer will send the bidding documents to each bidder's email or collect them on site via email.
Ⅳ.Bid Security
Please transfer the bid security deposit of RMB 100000.00 (in words: One Hundred Thousand Yuan) to the designated account of the bidding party before 17:30 on December 5, 2022

The bid security deposit of unsuccessful bidders shall be fully refunded by the bidding unit within 7 working days after the announcement of the results (without interest), and the security deposit of the winning bidder shall be automatically converted into a performance security deposit after the contract is signed.
